Nav ne reģistrs, ne uzraudzības iestāde. ### Kas tas ir traktortehnika atbild uz vienu jautājumu: *vai šī tehnika ir uzskaitē, un vai tai ir apgrūtinājums*. Mums ir 200 769 vienība, 2 056 markas un 19 tehnikas grupas. Šī ir neatkarīga kopija, nevis oficiālais reģistrs. Darījumam un oficiālai izziņai izmanto VTUA . ### No kurienes dati No viena CSV faila, ko Valsts tehniskās uzraudzības aģentūra publicē vietnē data.gov.lv ar licenci **CC0 1.0**. Mūsu kopija ir uz 2026-08-24. CC0 neprasa neko — pat ne avota nosaukšanu. Mēs to nosaucam tāpat: lasītājam ir tiesības zināt, no kurienes nāk skaitlis. ### ⚠️ Ko mēs neņemam, un kāpēc ⚠️ **Šajā reģistrā nav neviena īpašnieka vārda.** Avota failā nav ne vārda, ne adreses, ne personas koda — mērīts, nevis pieņemts: neviena no 11 kolonnām neattiecas uz personu. Tāpēc šeit ir tehnika, nevis cilvēki. ⚠️ Šis ir **vienīgais reģistrs šajā portfelī, no kura nekas nebija jāizņem**. Citos bija jāatsakās no kontaktiem, no personu sarakstiem vai no adresēm. Šeit avota failā tādu kolonnu vienkārši nav — un ielādes skripts pārtrauc darbu, ja tādas kādreiz parādīsies. ### ⚠️ Ko mēs pielabojam 200 771 rindas ir 200 769 atšķirīgas numura zīmes un 175 839 identifikācijas numuri. Mēs skaitām atšķirīgas atslēgas, nevis rindas. **Divi datumu formāti vienā failā.** Avotā ir gan `18.06.2002`, gan `1899.12.30`. Otrais ir vecas sistēmas tukšuma zīme, nevis datums — mēs to atstājam tukšu, nevis publicējam « 1899 » kā reģistra datumu. **Statuss tabulās ir simbols, nevis vārds.** « Uzskaitē » ir 88.7 % rindu — viens un tas pats vārds katrā rindā. Simbols lasās labāk un atbrīvo vietu tam, kas atšķiras. Neko citu mēs nemainām. ### The sources, and what they require This site republishes public registers. The source file carries eleven columns and not one of them designates a person: no name, no address, no personal identity code. That was measured across every column, not assumed, and the ingestion script raises if a column matching a person-like pattern ever appears in a future release. ⚠️ Two facts on this site need care rather than removal. First, the encumbrance mark: 6,225 of 200,771 units (3.1%) carry a registered pledge. That is exactly what a second-hand buyer must check, it names nobody, and it appears on the card for the machine you searched. Second, the road-traffic permit: 140,325 units have an expired one and 44,045 never had one — and that is NOT an offence, because most agricultural machinery never uses public roads.
